Every interaction becomes a study in human psychology and behavior. The photographs are visual data—evidence to examine and better understand both self and subject.

A natural observer, I consider it a gift that I was encouraged to pick up a camera. Cameras give my eyes somewhere to go—permission to notice, collect, and analyze people in moments both distant and intimate.

I'm interested in the details and small tells: posture, performance, hesitation—the unconscious ways we reveal ourselves before we realize we're being seen.
